Grade My Writing ("Service") provides AI-powered writing assessment for IELTS and IGCSE examinations. The Service analyses submitted essays and provides band scores, rubric breakdowns, vocabulary coaching, and suggested improvements.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription & Payments

The Pro plan costs $4.99 per month. Payment can be made via PayPal, Instapay, or Vodafone Cash. Subscriptions renew monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or overload the Service.
• Share your account credentials with others.

5. AI-Generated Feedback

Feedback is generated by artificial intelligence and is provided for educational guidance only. It does not guarantee any specific exam result. We recommend using the feedback alongside qualified human instruction.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the essays you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
